The Cookie Jar Company was born from a lifelong love of baking, rooted in warm memories and generational tradition. Growing up, I spent countless hours in the kitchen with my Grandmother—my first mentor and biggest inspiration—watching her bring simple ingredients to life with love, patience, and a little magic. It was in that flour-dusted kitchen where my passion for creating pastries truly took shape.

Years later, I decided to follow that passion professionally and enrolled at St. Philip’s College to study Pastry and Culinary Arts. There, I deepened my skills, mastered the science behind the sweetness, and learned how to turn creativity into craft. It was more than just an education—it was the foundation that gave me the confidence to pursue my dream of opening my own bakery.

The push I needed came from my biggest cheerleaders: my children. Their encouragement, excitement, and sweet tooth were the final ingredients in launching The Cookie Jar Company. With their love and belief in me, I knew it was time to turn my dream into a reality.

Today, I take pride in handcrafting custom cookies, gourmet cupcakes, mini cakes, and more that are not only beautiful to look at but unforgettable to taste. Each creation is a tribute to the generations that came before me, the family that walks beside me, and the joy of sharing something truly special—one delicious bite at a time.
